About the role

We are on the lookout for an energetic and motivated individual to join our HR Team! In this role, you would be responsible for the Employee Engagement & Retention processes and corresponding deliverables with a focus on employee commitment from onboarding to continued professional development aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Establishing a 'door is always open' persona where employees feel comfortable bringing job-related concerns forward;
  • Analyzing the level of motivation and engagement in the workplace – this involves strong communication and collaboration with employees;
  • Working to understand the unique perspective of different audiences and their wants, needs, and priorities, in order to improve interaction and to increase loyalty and commitment;
  • Providing personal advice to employees who may reach out for help, guidance or even inspiration;
  • Helping employees to create personal visions that are linked to the organization’s vision
  • Ensuring difficult or problematic concerns are communicated to appropriate stakeholders for a collaborative resolution;
  • Generating and providing guidance and creative ideas for boosting employee happiness in the workplace;
  • Working with other executives to recruit and retain a strong workforce, and promotes Prime Holding as an employer of choice in the community;
  • Ensuring the onboarding process is welcoming, thorough and incorporates the company culture;
  • Developing/analyzing metrics and key performance indicators surrounding retention which allows the ability to drill down into specific departments and shifts to recognize areas of opportunity. Collaborate with departmental leadership to address issues that is affecting retention in the identified area(s);
  • Organizing local team events, gatherings in and out of the office;
  • Providing office management and administrative support.

About you:

  • A continuous learner with a strong service orientation approach and progressive professional experience - At least 1 or 2 years of equivalent work experience;
  • Highly effective oral, written, presentation and influencing skills;
  • Agile team player with ability to collaborate with and build relationships across departments;
  • Proven ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects;
  • Affinity for and ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail;
  • Effective problem-solving skills is central to this position;
  • Extroverted and proactive personality;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • An active driver with a clean driver’s license;
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.

We are looking for Lead React Native Developer, who is a strong team player with a commitment to perfection, interested in building high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This professional will work on a project starting from scratch in the fin tech area.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build applications according to the design and provide designers with feedback and suggest trade-offs when required
  • Ensure the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards
  • Work closely with back-end developers to understand and properly use the systems APIs
  • Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
  • Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions

Your talent:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
  • Experience in Javascript programming and mobile apps development for iOS/Android
  • Extensive experience in ReactNative
  • Strong skills with Data management, including APIs, REST, JSON, GraphQL,PostgreSQL
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux, Redux, Apollo, Immutable,LoDash)
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), UML and DevOps (CI/CD) with Azure
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
  • Experience in developing banking apps would be beneficial
  • Should be able to understand and implement Sketch Designs
  • Ability to write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead will be highly beneficial

As a Salesforce Developer you will:

  • Develop and/or enhance technological solutions based on the Salesforce platform
  • Develop integrations of 3rd party software with Salesforce
  • Provide 3rd line support for existing Salesforce based solutions and integrations
